Home Legacy is a property management app that creates a comprehensive digital record of your home. Track maintenance, warranties, appliances, contractors, and issues—all in one place. When you sell your home, this valuable information transfers to the new owner.
Download the Home Legacy app and tap "Get Started." Enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Once verified, you can begin adding your property information.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Your personal information is never sold to third parties. You maintain full control over your property data and can delete your account at any time.
Yes, Home Legacy supports multiple properties. You can add additional properties from the main menu and easily switch between them. Each property maintains its own separate records, documents, and history.
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. You can also email support@homelegacy.ai to request account deletion.
Troubleshooting
App won't load or crashes
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, ensure your device is running the latest iOS version and update the Home Legacy app to the newest version from the App Store.
Can't sign in to my account
Verify you're using the correct email address. Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If problems continue, contact support.
Photos or documents not uploading
Check that you've granted the app permission to access your photos and files. Ensure you have sufficient storage on your device and a stable internet connection. Try uploading a smaller file to test.
Data not syncing across devices
Ensure you're signed into the same account on all devices. Pull down to refresh on the main screen. Check your internet connection. If data still doesn't appear, sign out and sign back in.
